Timeline- WFC has been in existance for almost ten (10) years, it was founded by President Dragon in 1999.
How - The division is run by a military style ranking structure, and as you move up in ranks, responsibilities are awarded with the ranks.

From there you can apply, and once the members of HQ receive your application, it will be forwarded to the Division HQ and you'll receive an email that you must reply to. 02.13.09 - 2 New Col.s, 1 RO and 1 CWO are to be announced this weekend. The meetings held today, Friday the 13th of Feb. will have a lot of information to give out. Also, CONGRATS to D2 on THE MOST successful recruiting spree ever recorded for this division!!! We have been able to obtain 42 new recruits in two weeks, which is an outstanding and amazing number. Thank you to those who helped and welcome to those who are new!
